Our Warranty

Windshield Repair
Lifetime Warranty and 100% Satisfaction – Our repair is warranted to restore the strength of your windshield.  If the repaired area cracks or enlarges simply call Restoration Auto Glass and we will give you or your insurance company credit of the cost of your repair towards a windshield replacement.  Also, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the repair simply call Restoration Auto Glass and we will give you or your insurance company credit of the cost of the repair towards a windshield replacement.

Auto Glass Replacement
Lifetime Warranty – Our auto glass replacements are warranted to be free of defective parts and workmanship.  In the event of a problem simply call Restoration Auto Glass and we will repair it at no charge.  For warranty on dealer parts please see Dealer Supplied Parts.

Lifetime Rock Chip Repair
All windshields replaced by Restoration Auto Glass, as of 06/01/07, come with free Lifetime Rock Chip Repair.  In the event your windshield gets a rock chip, quarter size or smaller, simply call Restoration Auto Glass and we will repair it at no charge to you or your insurance company. 

Side View Mirror (glass only)
Lifetime Warranty – At any time our installed mirror should break for any reason we will replace it at no charge.  Limit 1 free warranty replacement per original mirror replacement.

Side View Mirror Assembly
Lifetime Warranty – We provide a lifetime warranty against defective parts and workmanship.  In the event of a problem simply call Restoration Auto Glass and we will repair or replace it at no charge.  Limit 1 free warranty replacement per original mirror replacement.

Scratch Removal
The purpose of our scratch removal process is to improve the optical clarity of a piece of glass and to save the consumer money by avoiding a replacement.  In the event that the glass breaks while we are removing the scratch we will apply the amount paid for the scratch removal towards a new piece of glass and in the event that we can not replace the glass we will refund any money paid for the scratch removal process.  At times the glass will break due to the properties of glass, the location of the scratch and the pressure applied during the scratch removal process.

Used Parts and Customer Supplied Parts
We warrant only our workmanship for as long as the customer owns their vehicle.  In the event of a problem simply call Restoration Auto Glass and we will fix the problem at no charge.

R & R – Remove and Reinstall
Due to the pressure put on the glass during the removal process we can not warrant glass breakage.  All auto glass installs are warranted to be free of defective parts and workmanship.  In the event of a problem simply call Restoration Auto Glass and we will repair it at no charge.

Windshield Wiper Blades
3 Month Warranty - All wiper blades are warranted for 3 months against defects.  If you find your wiper blades do be defective we will replace them at no charge.

Leak Repair
No Charge – If we are unable to repair the wind or water leak there will be no charge to you.  A trip charge may still apply.

Dealer Supplied Parts
All dealer supplied parts come with the dealers warranty only.  Restoration Auto Glass will assist you with any warranty issues with your dealer part but can not be financially responsible for dealer parts if the dealer will not warranty the part.  All of our labor comes with our lifetime warranty.

• All work completed by Restoration Auto Glass is warranted to be free of defective parts and workmanship.  Dealer parts come with dealers warranty.
• All warranties are given to the original customer on the vehicle that the work was performed.
• At no time will Restoration Auto Glass reimburse for out of pocket repair expenses unless there is prior approval by a Restoration Auto Glass manager.
